Because the muscle area is large and there are few opportunities to use it, even naturally beautiful and thin girls often suffer from butterfly arms unless they practice more. If you do chain training for the triceps, you can also drive the entire upper arm, shoulders and back to become stronger and more upright.

Burn fat and slim arms

Please note that each joint should be kept slightly bent and not locked during the movement, and the angle of the movement should not be too exaggerated to avoid damaging the joints due to resistance. In addition, the postures of other parts of the body must also be coordinated correctly, such as keeping the back straight, abdomen inward, shoulders open, and not arching the back. Do 3 sets of exercises each time, repeat each set 8 to 12 times, do it at least 2 to 3 times a week, and maintain it for 6 weeks to see results.

Pa La Pa La aerobics with butterfly sleeves:

Move 1: Imagine yourself as a large towel, hold your hands horizontally, twist your body, rotate your elbows, and practice repeatedly to increase fat burning in your triceps and biceps.
