Correct bad posture, keep your pelvis healthy and enjoy slimness

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the correct position of the pelvis is related to the health of the human body. The pelvis is like the foundation of a house and the spine is like the main beam. If the pelvis and spine are crooked, the house will not be solid. Bad posture can cause the pelvis to tilt and deform, which can cause the internal organs in the pelvic cavity to function poorly, thus affecting blood circulation and health.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the inability to lose weight is closely related to deficiency of Qi and blood. If women want to lose weight healthily, it is best to correct bad posture and return the pelvis to its normal position.

Exercises to improve pelvic position

  • step:

    1. Lie on your back on the floor, lift your shoulders and neck naturally, bend your knees, place the elastic band on the soles of your feet, and hold both ends of the elastic band with your hands.

    2. As you exhale, slowly straighten your legs and stretch them forward.

    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 6 to 8 times, or until you feel a slight sour sensation in your abdomen.

  • Note: Pelvic deviation is caused by lack of abdominal strength. Through this movement, you can strengthen your abdomen and help prevent your pelvis from tilting.

Pelvic reduction and hip lifting exercise

  • step:

    1. Lie on your back on the floor, bend your knees, and spread your feet shoulder-width apart with your toes pointing forward. Place the elastic band across your pelvic cavity, hold both ends of the elastic band with your hands, and place them naturally on both sides of your body.

    2. Slowly lift your pelvis and hips off the ground. Be careful not to lift your hands off the ground, and keep your stomach slightly retracted without pushing it out.

    3. After raising your hips to the highest position, stay there for 6 to 8 seconds.

    4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for a total of 3 minutes.

O: If you cross your legs unconsciously frequently over a long period of time, your pelvis will gradually open.

X: Once lower body obesity occurs, the pelvis cannot be reduced even through exercise.
