What causes right ovarian cyst? Is it related to diet?

Generally, ovarian cysts, even bilateral ovarian cysts, do not cause menstrual disorders because they do not destroy all normal ovarian tissues. Some uterine bleeding is not endocrine, or it is caused by ovarian tumors that change the distribution of pelvic blood vessels, causing endometrial congestion; or it is caused by ovarian malignant tumors that directly metastasize to the endometrium. Menstrual disorders caused by endocrine tumors are often combined with other secretory effects. What causes right ovarian cysts? Is it related to diet?

Causes:

1. Genetics

According to statistics, 20-25% of ovarian tumor patients have a family history. In recent years, studies have found that Lynch syndrome is also closely related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer. Breast cancer and endometrial cancer are often complicated by ovarian tumors. These three diseases are all dependent on estrogen.

2. Endocrine factors

Although the ovaries are small, they are important organs that produce eggs, ovulate, secrete endocrine hormones, and balance endocrine secretions. Ovarian tumors often occur during the reproductive age when endocrine secretions are active. Continuous ovulation can cause continuous damage and repair of the ovarian epithelium. Cell mutations may occur during the repair process, and the chance of ovarian epithelial inclusion cysts is also increased. Clinically, the basic pathophysiological changes of many patients with ovarian cysts and polycystic ovary syndrome are that the ovaries produce too much androgen, and the excessive production of androgen is the result of the synergistic effects of multiple endocrine system dysfunctions in the body.

3. Lifestyle factors

Long-term dietary structure, bad living habits and excessive psychological stress can cause excessive acidification of the body, a decline in the body's overall function and reduced immune function, which can lead to abnormal proliferation of ovarian tissue, eventually leading to ovarian cysts and even cancer.
