How to check for pelvic fluid accumulation?

1. This is a question that some female friends suspect they have pelvic effusion based on their symptoms in daily life but are not sure. In response to the question of female friends, gynecological experts said that the location of pelvic effusion mainly occurs in the lower part of the pelvis such as the uterine rectal trap. The commonly used professional examination method in gynecology is B-ultrasound, which can more accurately determine the amount of effusion.

2. You can also combine the medical history, symptoms and physical symptoms in detail to clarify whether it is normal or abnormal effusion. Pelvic effusion is caused by acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory adnexitis, often accompanied by bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, back pain, lower abdominal pain, lower abdominal pain, lower abdominal pain, lower abdominal pain and other symptoms, or long-term standing, excessive fatigue, sexual intercourse or early menstruation aggravates, seriously affecting work. Or lower abdominal pain, or increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea and other symptoms.

3. Pelvic effusion is pelvic inflammatory exudate, which may occur after endometrial inflammation. It is a slightly viscous fluid exuded from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue, which is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass.

4. Gynecological pelvic effusion is caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. The cause of pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis is mainly related to the patient's bad hygiene habits, such as menstruation, sexual intercourse within 1 month after delivery, bathing within 1 month after gynecological surgery, etc. Medical-induced infection caused by improper disinfection of artificial abortion and induced labor can also cause pelvic effusion. If there is a chronic infection lesion, it may be caused by pelvic effusion caused by gynecological systems such as ovarian and fallopian tube pelvic inflammation, or it may be caused by tuberculosis or tumors. A few are caused by ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer.
