What are the dangers of ovarian cysts in women? Should we pay attention to our diet?

Ovarian cysts are common in young to middle-aged women, aged between 20 and 50 years old. Ovarian cysts are often accompanied by some complications. So, what are the dangers of ovarian cysts in women? Do you pay attention to your diet?

Ovarian cysts are divided into simple cysts and cystic granulocytoma. At the same time, ovarian cysts are a type of ovarian tumor. If ovarian cysts are not treated in time, complications will occur, which will increase the difficulty of treatment. Once an ovarian cyst is found, it should be treated immediately.

Ovarian cysts can cause the following hazards:

1. Ovarian tumors: Since the ovaries are located in the pelvic cavity and cannot be directly observed, there are no symptoms in the early stages and there is a lack of good early diagnosis and identification methods. Once a malignant tumor is discovered, it is often an advanced stage lesion.

2. Tumor pedicle torsion: venous pressure is blocked, but arterial supply continues, causing the tumor to become congested and purple-brown in color. The cystic blood vessels rupture, filling the cystic cavity with blood, and occasionally causing abdominal bleeding. If the tumor pedicle is severely torsioned, the artery is blocked and the tumor becomes necrotic.

3. Rupture and rupture: the former refers to the swelling or squeezing of the cyst and its contents overflowing into the abdominal cavity; the latter refers to the erosion of the cyst wall and entering the abdominal cavity, such as serous cystadenoma or cancer papilla protruding from the empty tumor wall.

In addition to the harm, bleeding, infection, edema, ascites, endometrial changes, etc. may also occur. Late treatment will increase great resistance. Once an ovarian cyst is diagnosed, it should be treated in time.

Patients with ovarian cysts should pay more attention to their diet: eat more anti-ovarian tumor foods; patients with bleeding should eat sheep blood, mushrooms, persimmons; patients with infection should eat eels, rapeseed and other foods. Patients with abdominal pain and bloating should eat pork kidneys, hawthorn and other foods.

Ovarian cysts can be effectively treated by keeping a relaxed attitude, eating a balanced diet, and taking medication.
