When women experience the adverse symptom of amenorrhea, the first thing they can consider is causal treatment, that is, treating the causes of the disease; the second is hormone therapy, but this treatment is usually not thorough enough; then Chinese medicine treatment; tumors can be controlled by surgical removal.

1. Cause treatment

Targeted inducement treatment, first determine the cause of amenorrhea, reasonably arrange work, study and life in daily life, work and rest regularly, appropriately increase nutrition, enrich diet, if the weight is too light, actively correct it, clinical breast milk is too long, amenorrhea, can be appropriately stopped, and then stop contraceptives and other hormonal drugs.

2. Hormone therapy

This method is estrogen treatment, which can effectively regulate endocrine and promote the arrival of menstruation, but it is not the most basic treatment method. It may cause dependence and lead to recurrent diseases, so take the medicine under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment

This method, based on the TCM syndrome differentiation relationship, can regulate the coordination of internal organs, calm the Ren and Du meridians, and achieve a balanced yin and yang in treatment.

Generally speaking, women with amenorrhea can be divided into physiological amenorrhea and pathological amenorrhea. If it is physiological amenorrhea, usually no treatment is required, as long as the daily diet is adjusted; if it is pathological amenorrhea, the patient needs to further identify the cause, and then receive targeted treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Generally, as long as the condition is not particularly serious, menstruation can be restored.
