How to treat vulvar itching accompanied by mild leucorrhea?

Vulvar itching with mild leucorrhea can be caused by ovulation, vulvovaginal candidiasis, bacterial vaginitis, etc., and can be treated by strengthening care, local medication, etc.

1. In the ovulation period: If the patient is in the ovulation period, due to the changes in hormone levels in the body, the secretion of leucorrhea increases, and the leucorrhea stimulates the vulva area, which will cause slight itching. This is a normal phenomenon and generally does not require special treatment, but you need to strengthen your own care and keep the vulva area clean.

2. Vulvovaginal candidiasis: Vulvovaginal candidiasis is caused by frequent wearing of tight underwear or long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, which causes Candida to multiply and invade the tissues around the vagina. Patients will experience vulvar itching and abnormal vaginal discharge, generally manifested as thick white leucorrhea. Clotrimazole suppositories, miconazole nitrate suppositories, nystatin vaginal suppositories and other drugs need to be treated under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Bacterial vaginitis: Bacterial vaginitis is caused by a disorder of vaginal flora. The growth of harmful bacteria in the vagina will irritate the vaginal mucosa and increase secretions, but it will also irritate the vulva and cause obvious itching in patients. Metronidazole suppositories, tinidazole suppositories, clindamycin phosphate suppositories and other drugs can be used for treatment according to the doctor's advice.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by Trichomonas vaginitis. You need to choose metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets, tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets, matrine suppositories and other drugs according to the doctor's advice. If the condition is serious, go to the hospital in time.
