Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is manifested by low fever, fatigue, and neurasthenia symptoms such as lack of energy, general discomfort, insomnia, lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain. It is often aggravated after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. Patients may also experience increased menstruation and leucorrhea.

1. Pay attention to personal hygiene: strengthen personal hygiene during menstruation, after childbirth, and after miscarriage, change underwear and sanitary napkins frequently, avoid cold, and avoid overwork.

2. Eat more light food: The diet should be light. Eat more nutritious food such as eggs, tofu, red beans, spinach, etc. Avoid eating raw, cold and irritating food.

3. Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation: Avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation to avoid infection. Menstrual pads should be kept clean and hygienic, and it is better to use disinfected toilet paper.

4. Drink more water: Pelvic inflammatory disease can easily cause fever, so you should drink more water to lower your body temperature.

5. Do not do gynecological examinations casually: Try to avoid unnecessary gynecological examinations to prevent the expansion of infection and the spread of inflammation.
