You don’t have to starve to lose weight! Eating this way reduces fat absorption

"Women" refer to humans who are classified as female at birth; women are also equivalent to nouns such as grandmother, mother, sister, niece, and daughter-in-law; women can also be subdivided into "women who make plans to lose weight", "women who are losing weight", "women who just say they want to lose weight but don't take action", and "women who lose weight and are sad about gaining weight again." Losing weight is like a label, inseparable from all "women".

It is possible that you are losing weight today, but tomorrow you will be tempted by delicious food and slack off and eat too much. The next day, you will enter the weight loss mode again and give in again. Especially weekends, weekends are the best time to give up! Therefore, I even hope to work every day, without any rest, and it would be best if a week only had Monday to Friday, without Saturday and Sunday.

However, it is simply unrealistic to only eat low-salt, low-calorie diet meals and healthy foods, and count calories at every meal. The thought of having to eat like this for the rest of your life is even more frightening and painful. Even though I always talk about losing weight, I still crave junk food occasionally; however, I can minimize the damage by eating foods rich in nutritional value at the same time. If you must eat high-fat foods, it is recommended that you keep in mind the following four rules to reduce the burden and harm of high-calorie foods to your body.

1. When eating high-fat foods, you can eat them with grapes or cherry tomatoes

High-fat foods can lead to the formation of triglycerides, which can impair blood circulation. Simply eating more grapes or cherry tomatoes which are rich in antioxidants can reduce the burden on your body.

2. When you want to eat meat, it is best to pair it with "cherry tomatoes"

When meat is eaten together with sweets, the body will absorb too much sugar. Therefore, it is recommended not to eat meat with fruits that are too sweet. You might as well eat more cherry tomatoes to aid digestion and reduce fat absorption.

3. When eating heavy-tasting food, you can supplement with dark chocolate

Chocolate contains "cocoa", which helps lower blood pressure, especially dark chocolate with a cocoa content of more than 60%. Therefore, it is recommended to eat more dark chocolate after eating high-salt and high-sodium foods to help eliminate salt.

4. When taking carbohydrates, you can eat with vinegar

Excessive intake of carbohydrates can easily cause a spike in blood sugar. At this time, you can supplement with vinegar to inhibit the rise in blood sugar.
