Dr. Cai Fengbo said that he had had the painful experience of rapid weight gain, so he made up his mind to lose weight. He chose to eat tomatoes, a seasonal fruit, because he thought tomatoes were low in calories and could make him feel "full", and he ate them for four weeks.

However, as a doctor, he still pays attention to safe weight loss. When hunger comes, cut the tomatoes into thin slices, microwave them for 2 minutes, and eat them with warm water. The feeling of fullness is about the volume of 2 medium-sized tomatoes. In addition, don't forget to supplement the right amount of fat, protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins. He said that when people are losing weight, fat is burned first, so keto acid will be metabolized, which can easily cause joint acid. At this time, you should drink plenty of water.

Cai Fengbo said that the motivation for maintaining weight loss is the "weight record". 【Tips for the Tomato Diet】

1. Eat raw tomatoes: Do not eat more than two large tomatoes a day. It is best to choose red tomatoes, that is, the variety with bright red, hard skin that is not easy to peel. They contain higher lycopene and have higher nutritional value.

2. Drink tomato juice: You can drink 1 bottle of tomato juice every day. If you want more obvious results, it is recommended to drink 2 to 3 bottles a day. The lycopene you get from drinking one bottle of tomato juice is equivalent to eating two raw tomatoes.

3. Cooking with tomatoes: For tomato sauce or tomato puree, use nearly 4 tablespoons (80 grams and 60 grams respectively). If using canned tomatoes, use 1 can (170 grams). Tomato sauce and tomato puree are processed foods that contain more lycopene than raw tomatoes. You can also add hot or warm ingredients such as salt, onions, ginger, and garlic when cooking to keep the body warm and avoid gastrointestinal discomfort caused by cold tomatoes.

4. Maintain regular eating habits: Eating three meals a day regularly, adjusting bedtime and waking up time, and maintaining adequate sleep are things that cannot be ignored.
