What are the symptoms of physiological ovarian cysts?

What are the symptoms of physiological ovarian cysts?

How big is a physiological ovarian cyst? What are the symptoms?

1. Huge ovarian tumors can cause dyspnea and palpitations due to compression of the diaphragm. Ovarian tumors combined with a large amount of ascites can also cause these symptoms. However, the dyspnea of some ovarian tumor patients is caused by unilateral or bilateral pleural effusion, and is often combined with ascites, forming the so-called physiological ovarian cyst.

2. Physiological ovarian cysts are very harmful. Huge benign ovarian cysts fill the entire abdominal cavity, increasing the intra-abdominal pressure, affecting the venous return of the lower limbs, and can cause edema of the abdominal wall and bilateral lower limbs; while malignant ovarian cysts fixed in the pelvic cavity compress the iliac veins, often causing edema of one lower limb. The pelvic and abdominal organs are compressed, causing dysuria, urinary retention, urgency or difficulty in defecation, so active treatment is required after the ovarian cyst is discovered.

3. In addition to loss of appetite, weight loss and abdominal distension, patients with physiological ovarian cysts may also experience vomiting, fever and severe abdominal pain; in the later stages, it may even cause edema of the abdomen and limbs.

4. At the same time, physiological ovarian cysts can also cause premature aging of women's appearance. Physiological ovarian cysts can cause endocrine disorders, premature aging, malignant changes, and even ovarian cancer.

5. Patients with physiological ovarian cysts should have a light diet rich in sufficient nutrition, correct picky eating and abnormal eating habits, avoid eating irritating foods and seafood, etc. At the same time, avoid high tension and mental stimulation, maintain an optimistic mood and get enough sleep.
