Bacteria retrogradely infect the pelvis through the uterus and fallopian tubes.

Pelvic inflammatory disease examination includes the following examination methods:

Clinical symptom examination: These patients can conduct self-examination, chronic lower abdominal swelling, pain and waist pain, often aggravated by fatigue, sexual life and before and after menstruation. Abnormal menstruation, irregular menstruation. Some women may experience mental depression, physical discomfort, insomnia and other symptoms of neurasthenia.

Acute symptoms include lower abdominal pain, fever, increased vaginal discharge, persistent abdominal pain, and worsening after activity or sexual intercourse. If the disease is severe, there may be chills, high fever, headache, and loss of appetite.

Routine examination of leucorrhea: It is a common gynecological examination. It determines whether a woman's leucorrhea is abnormal by five tests, including vaginal pH value, vaginal cleanliness, vaginal microbiology examination, etc. It is a physical examination of women's physiological hygiene.

Routine blood test: Routine blood test is the most common and basic blood test. Blood is composed of liquid and tangible cells, and routine blood test is blood cells. There are three types of cells with different functions in the blood - red blood cells are usually called erythrocytes, white blood cells are usually called leukocytes, and platelets. By observing the changes in quantity and morphological distribution, diseases such as anemia and inflammation can be judged.
