Menstruation is rarely caused by iatrogenic injury, endocrine disorders, early ovarian insufficiency, etc. If the patient has symptoms such as dysmenorrhea and sexual pain, he needs to seek medical attention in time.

1. Iatrogenic injury:

If the patient has recently undergone intrauterine surgery such as diagnostic curettage or artificial abortion, the basal layer of the endometrium may be damaged during the operation, resulting in the endometrium not being able to proliferate and shed normally, leading to a decrease in menstrual volume. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can take drugs such as ethinyl estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets and estradiol valerate tablets to relieve the symptoms.

2. Endocrine disorders:

It is usually caused by excessive stress, overwork, abnormal hormone secretion, etc. The patient's estrogen and progesterone levels are too low, resulting in thinning of the endometrium, which may cause symptoms such as reduced menstruation and dysmenorrhea. It is necessary to take drugs such as hydrocortisone acetate tablets, mifepristone tablets, and spironolactone tablets under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Premature ovarian insufficiency:

It may be caused by viral infection, chromosomal abnormalities, autoimmune diseases, etc. Patients may experience symptoms such as shortened menstrual period, reduced menstrual volume, and prolonged menstrual cycle. They need to take progesterone capsules, nialestradiol tablets, dydrogesterone tablets and other drugs under the guidance of a doctor.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by reasons such as intrauterine adhesion. Patients should pay attention to changing underwear frequently and avoid sharing personal items.
