How to delay menopause

How to delay menopause

To delay menopause, it is usually treated with Western female hormones under the guidance of a doctor.

Many women want to postpone menopause for personal reasons, such as psychological inability to accept menopause, or believing that menopause means they will soon enter aging. Clinically, oral Western medicine female hormones can be used to prolong menstruation and thus postpone menopause. For example, oral Western medicine Clemen, namely estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets, can be taken orally on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle or the first day of the menstrual cycle. Stop taking the medicine after 21 consecutive days. Generally, menstruation will occur after stopping the medicine for about a week. On the fifth day of the next menstrual cycle or the first day of the menstrual cycle, continue to take the next box of medicine orally, take the medicine for 21 consecutive days, and menstruation will come again after stopping the medicine after 21 days. And so on, you can take it all the time. Generally, as long as you take the medicine according to the doctor's instructions and do not miss it, menstruation will come on time.

It should be noted that not all women are suitable for oral female hormones to delay menstruation. For example, those with uterine fibroids, breast hyperplasia, endometriosis, liver disease and a history of thrombovenous venous disease should not take such drugs orally. Only when the above diseases are ruled out can women take Climen to delay menstruation and menopause, but it is recommended that patients have their liver function checked every three months or so.

Women can delay menopause by taking female hormones orally, but remember not to buy oral medications privately. They must be taken under the guidance of a doctor.
