How to treat fetal growth retardation after pregnancy with adenomyosis?

1. Adenomyosis is a benign lesion caused by the invasion of the endometrium into the myometrium. The lesions that cause dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis can be surgically removed to maintain the normal position of the uterus. This surgery is medically known as "adenomyosis U-shaped resection". This new surgery does not affect the quality of menstruation and sexual life and can completely eliminate dysmenorrhea.

2. For some women who have not given birth, surgical treatment of adenomyosis is generally not recommended. If you plan to have children, you can get pregnant. It is best to get pregnant first because some friends with adenomyosis no longer have menstruation after pregnancy. As the uterine morphology changes after pregnancy, adenomyosis has a chance to slowly improve. Therefore, women who plan to have children can get pregnant first. If they have symptoms of dysmenorrhea after delivery, they can have a caesarean section.

3. For some older women who are close to menopause, if adenomyosis is found, drugs can be used to control the menstrual cycle, because many friends with adenomyosis will improve on their own after menopause. For friends with small lesions and tolerable dysmenorrhea, drugs can be used to control it until menopause.

4. Some women have no fertility requirements, have already given birth, and are not yet in menopause, around the age of 40. These patients, if they do not receive treatment and suffer from long-term dysmenorrhea, can undergo ablation surgery depending on the severity of the lesion. The surgery is performed vaginally, does not require hospitalization, and avoids the pain of surgery.
