How to distinguish menstrual disorders?

If menstruation is disordered, menstruation will be irregular, delayed, prolonged, advanced, with reduced menstrual volume, dysmenorrhea, abnormal menstrual blood color, etc. Menstrual disorders require early examination and treatment, and you need to ensure adequate sleep time, but you also need to pay attention to menstrual hygiene and keep warm to prevent irregular menstruation. You cannot take medication without authorization for menstrual regulation, and you must cooperate with the doctor to take medication.

Symptoms of irregular menstruation include sudden early or late menstruation, increased or decreased menstruation, prolonged menstruation, menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea, and amenorrhea. A normal menstrual cycle for women is about 28 days. It is normal for menstruation to be early or late by one week without other symptoms.

Menstrual disorders are often irregular menstrual cycles or abnormal bleeding. For example, if menstruation is more than seven days early, or even twice a month, or delayed, you need to rule out the possibility of pregnancy. After ruling it out, if menstruation is delayed for more than seven days, or even no menstruation or amenorrhea for several months, these are irregular menstrual cycles.

Abnormal bleeding, as the name implies, is excessive or insufficient bleeding. Bleeding between two menstrual periods is called intermenstrual bleeding. Generally, there are two situations. One is normal ovulation bleeding. Some people may have this situation. It is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require treatment. The other is caused by organic lesions. Prolonged menstruation is also a symptom of menstrual disorder, which refers to the situation where menstruation lasts for more than 7 days.
