What are the symptoms of benign ovarian cysts?

Ovarian tumors are common tumors of the female reproductive organs and have different properties and forms, namely unilateral or bilateral, cystic or solid, benign or malignant, among which cystic ones are more common and have a certain malignant ratio.

Ovarian cyst symptoms:

Typical symptoms:

Lower abdominal discomfort, manifested as distension and drooping of the lower abdomen or head fossa. Looking at the abdomen, it is found that the abdomen is swollen, abdominal pain is felt, menstrual disorders, cyst torsion, severe abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, nausea and fever. Larger cysts will compress the bladder, causing frequent urination and difficulty urinating.

1. Menstrual disorders: Ovarian or even bilateral ovarian cysts, because they do not destroy all normal ovarian tissues, mainly lead to menstrual disorders. Some uterine bleeding is not endocrine or is caused by ovarian cancer changing the secretion of pelvic blood vessels, leading to endometrial congestion or due to ovarian malignant tumors directly metastasized to the endometrium.

2. Lower abdominal discomfort: Due to the weight of the tumor itself and the influence of intestinal peristalsis and position changes, the patient did not feel the initial symptoms of a lower abdominal mass.

3. Thickening of abdominal circumference: Abdominal tumors are the most common phenomenon in ovarian cysts. Only when patients notice that their clothes or belts look tight will they notice an enlarged abdomen or occasionally feel it in the morning. There is swelling or discomfort in their abdomen.
