1. If the patient has symptoms of cold pain in the lower abdomen, fear of cold, and back pain after the illness, it belongs to the cold stagnation and qi stagnation type. In this case, warm foods such as ginger soup, brown sugar water, and cinnamon pulp can be given in the diet.

2. Strengthen nutrition. During the fever period, it is advisable to eat light and easily digestible food. Patients with high fever and body fluid damage can be given pear juice, apple juice, watermelon juice, etc. to drink, but it cannot be iced.

3. Patients with yellow, heavy and thick vaginal discharge are suffering from damp-heat syndrome, and should avoid eating fried, greasy, spicy and seafood. Patients with fever in the five hearts and low back pain are mostly suffering from kidney yin deficiency, and should eat meat, eggs and other bloody and emotional products to nourish and strengthen the body.

If women experience symptoms such as lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar soreness, which are often aggravated after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation, it may be caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, and they should improve their diet in time.
