Because the decline in ovarian function can cause a series of discomforts, including a drop in estrogen levels, causing various discomforts to the body, and women of childbearing age are particularly concerned about fertility. If there is no requirement for fertility, when estrogen levels drop, you can choose exogenous supplements to effectively improve discomfort, such as poor sleep quality, irritability, sweating, fever, etc.
