It is uncertain whether cervicitis will cause back pain. It should be analyzed based on the onset time and severity, as follows:

1. It can cause low back pain: If cervicitis is severe and not treated in time, the onset time is long, forming chronic cervicitis. During an attack, a large amount of fluid may seep out, stimulating the pelvic nerves, which may cause low back pain. 2. It will not cause back pain: Mild cervicitis with a short attack time is usually characterized by local symptoms, such as increased vaginal discharge, odor, and even a small amount of bleeding, but it generally does not cause back pain.
