What is pelvic inflammatory disease massage therapy?

Pelvic inflammatory disease refers to inflammation of the female upper reproductive tract and its surrounding tissues. The physical signs of pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosis are that the uterus is often in a posterior position, with limited movement or adhesion fixation. If it is salpingitis, the thickened fallopian tube can be felt on one or both sides of the uterus, which is cord-like and has mild tenderness. If it is hydrosalpinx or tubo-ovarian cyst, cystic tumors can be felt on one or both sides of the pelvic cavity, and the movement is often limited.

1. Rub the Guanyuan point: half-clench your right fist, straighten your thumb, place your thumb on the Guanyuan point, and rub it with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute.

2. Rub the Zhongwan point: half-clench your right fist, straighten your thumb, place your thumb on the Zhongwan point, and rub it with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute.

3. Press the Neiguan and Waiguan acupoints together: Place the middle finger and thumb of one hand on the Waiguan and Neiguan acupoints on the opposite side, press the two fingers together for 0.5 to 1 minute, alternating between hands.

4. Press and rub the Zusanli point: Overlap the index finger and middle finger of one hand, place the middle finger on the Zusanli point on the same side, press and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute, alternating between both lower limbs.

5. Rub the inner thighs: Place the palms of your left and right hands tightly against the inner thighs of the same side, and rub with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. It is best if the skin becomes warm. Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, regulates qi and dispels cold.
