Treatment of second degree cervical erosion

Cervical erosion generally refers to cervical columnar epithelium ectopia. Secondary cervical columnar epithelium ectopia can be helped to recover through enhanced care, cryotherapy, drug therapy, etc.

1. Strengthen care: Secondary cervical columnar epithelial ectopia may be due to the action of estrogen, which causes the columnar epithelium to move to the exit of the cervical canal, showing an erosive appearance. Mild patients have no obvious clinical symptoms. At this time, you should pay attention to hygiene, strengthen daily care, avoid infection, change underwear frequently, and wash the vulva with clean water every day.

2. Cryotherapy: Due to cervical infection or other stimulation with obvious clinical symptoms, such as increased leucorrhea, abnormal leucorrhea, etc., the diseased tissue can be frozen, necrotic and shedding, repairing the wound to achieve the treatment purpose.

3. Drug treatment: If the patient suffers from severe cervical inflammation, he or she needs to use minocycline hydrochloride capsules, azithromycin dispersible tablets, roxithromycin capsules and other drugs under the guidance of a doctor, which can improve symptoms and help patients promote disease recovery.

In addition to the common treatments mentioned above, it also includes traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Patients are advised to develop good living habits, work and rest regularly, go to bed early and get up early, avoid staying up late, and at the same time need to eat a light diet and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods such as peppers, chili peppers, mustard, etc., so as not to stimulate the condition and affect the recovery of the condition.
