1. Physical therapy. Generally, it includes shortwave therapy, laser therapy, etc. It mainly uses warm and benign stimulation to improve local blood circulation in the pelvic cavity, promote metabolism and renewal, and is conducive to the disappearance and absorption of inflammation.

2. Drug treatment. Among the treatment measures for pelvic effusion, Western medicine has a quick effect, but it is not suitable for long-term use. Traditional Chinese medicine treats the root cause but has a slow effect. Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve the purpose of treating pelvic effusion.

3. Surgical treatment. For patients with small lesions but recurrent disease, surgical treatment can be chosen; patients with abdominal masses can also choose this treatment method. The surgical treatment of pelvic effusion mainly treats the disease well to prevent the lesion from being infected again.

4. General treatment. It mainly relieves the mental stress of patients and encourages them to strengthen their confidence in treatment; allows them to properly strengthen their physical exercise and improve their immunity; maintains a positive and optimistic attitude and establishes the determination to overcome the disease so that they can better accept treatment and receive good treatment.
