How to have a spontaneous abortion in four months of pregnancy

There is no such thing as a method for natural abortion. If an informal method is used for abortion, it may endanger the life of the pregnant woman. Pregnancy is medically called gestation. If you are unable to get pregnant due to physical factors in the fourth month of pregnancy, you can go to the hospital for treatment and terminate the pregnancy through methods such as medical abortion, vacuum aspiration, rivanol injection induction, low-position water bag induction, and forceps curettage. It is recommended to go to the hospital for treatment in time and take measures under the guidance of a doctor. The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Medical abortion: Medical abortion refers to the termination of pregnancy by taking medicine. Commonly used medicines include mifepristone tablets and misoprostol tablets. Mifepristone tablets can cause degeneration and necrosis of the uterine decidua and soften the cervix. Misoprostol tablets can cause uterine contraction and promote the discharge of the embryo. However, medical abortion may result in incomplete abortion, and a curettage operation needs to be performed under the guidance of a doctor. Patients should keep their private parts clean and dry in daily life to avoid infection.

2. Vacuum aspiration: Vacuum aspiration refers to the use of negative pressure to suck out the embryonic tissue in the uterus. This method usually damages the endometrium and causes vaginal bleeding. The patient should rest for two weeks after the operation and follow up once a month. The patient should avoid strenuous exercise in daily life, such as running, playing badminton, etc., to avoid injury.

3. Induction of labor by injection of rivanol: Induction of labor refers to the injection of rivanol into the amniotic cavity to induce uterine contraction and expel the embryo from the body. During the process of induction of labor, the patient may experience symptoms of heavy bleeding. It is recommended that the patient choose a regular hospital for treatment. It is recommended that the patient use drugs such as motherwort granules and new biochemical granules for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

4. Low-position water bag induction of labor: This method is to place a water bag between the uterine wall and the fetal membrane, increase intrauterine pressure and mechanically stimulate the cervical canal, induce and cause uterine contraction, and promote the expulsion of the fetus and placenta to terminate pregnancy. This method is simple and painless. Uterine contraction is usually induced 2 to 4 hours after the water bag is placed, and the total labor process is shortened. It is a relatively safe method of inducing labor.

5. Curettage: Curettage is the use of clamps and electric suction to remove the fetus and embryonic tissue. During the curettage, the patient may experience abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and may also be accompanied by symptoms of persistent uterine contractions. It is recommended that patients use oxytocin injection, carboprost methyl ester suppository and other drugs for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

In addition to actively cooperating with the doctor's examination and treatment, patients should also pay close attention to their own condition in daily life. If they still feel uncomfortable, they should see a doctor in time to arrange a uterine cavity examination. If there are any retained objects, they should undergo a uterine curettage surgery in time under the guidance of a doctor to avoid causing other serious problems.
