How to treat female gynecological cervicitis? 4 treatment methods for gynecological cervicitis

Cervicitis is a common gynecological disease. Although its treatment is relatively mature in hospitals, it still requires a certain course of treatment and a correct treatment plan. In addition, special attention should be paid to physical conditioning, including some details in life, special attention should be paid to hygiene, and sexual life should be suspended because it is easy to cross-infect. As for its treatment method, we provide some references below.

1. Drug treatment

1. Vaginal irrigation can be done with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution before applying the medicine.

2. Apply silver nitrate and potassium dichromate solution locally.

2. Physical therapy

It is a widely used treatment method with the advantages of short treatment course and good efficacy. It is suitable for cases with severe inflammation and deep inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, laser treatment or cryotherapy. However, the disadvantage is the high recurrence rate.

1. Electric ironing: This method is simpler and is suitable for cases with deeper erosion and larger erosion area.

2. Cryotherapy: Choose an appropriate cryoprobe to fully cover the lesion and slightly exceed its range by 2 to 3 mm. Press the cryoprobe tightly against the cervical erosion area and start the freezer. Perform single or repeated freezing according to the erosion surface and depth.

3. Laser treatment uses CO2 laser to treat erosion, which carbonizes and forms scabs on the eroded tissue. After the scabs fall off, the wound surface is covered by new epithelium.

4. Microwave therapy Microwave is a new type of physical therapy. When the microwave electrode touches the local diseased tissue, it instantly generates high heat in a very small area to achieve the purpose of coagulation.

It can be seen that there are many treatment options for female cervicitis. For less serious inflammation, it can be simply treated by cleaning and applying medicine. For more serious inflammation, we recommend combining physical therapy with treatment, such as electric ironing, laser, microscopic treatment, etc. However, this should refer to the hospital equipment and the professionalism of medical staff. Remember not to believe the propaganda of non-formal medical institutions.
