What are the early symptoms of cervical erosion in women? If women have 7 symptoms, be careful of cervical erosion

In medicine, cervical erosion is the most common local feature of chronic metritis. The early symptoms include physiological cervical erosion and pathological cervical erosion. How can women identify their health status from those early symptoms? If you have not yet developed cervicitis, what are its early symptoms?

1. Frequent urination and urgency

Cervical erosion can spread or directly spread to the trigone of the bladder, and the patient will experience symptoms of frequent urination and painful urination, and sometimes secondary urinary tract infection.

2. Uterine pain

It is rare for cervical erosion to cause pain, but when the pathogens are involved in a deeper range, it can cause chronic paracervical connective tissue inflammation, lumbar pain, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea.

3. Increased and abnormal vaginal discharge

If a woman has increased or abnormal vaginal discharge, it is often not taken seriously if the symptoms are not severe. During a woman's menstrual cycle, the amount of vaginal discharge is uncertain, and the amount of vaginal discharge in a month is sometimes more and sometimes less. Therefore, the increase in vaginal discharge caused by cervical erosion is easily ignored by women. In the early stages of cervical erosion, patients will experience symptoms such as increased and sticky vaginal discharge, increased secretions from the lower vagina, and the symptoms are often sticky, which is mainly caused by cervical secretions.

4. Occasionally, there is purulent or bloody leucorrhea

As the degree of cervical erosion increases, cervical erosion may occasionally cause purulent or bloody leucorrhea in the early stages.

5. Lower abdominal distension and pain

Early symptoms of cervical erosion include backache, cramps in the lower abdomen, and a heavy pain in the lower abdomen. When there is a dull pain in the lower abdomen, it is often the tissues and organs in the body sending out an alarm, indicating that there is inflammation here and it should be treated as soon as possible!

6. Pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse

When cervical erosion develops to a certain extent, pain will begin to occur during sexual intercourse. At this time, the skin at the cervical canal is attacked by inflammation, the epidermis is peeling off, and it is very sensitive. During sexual intercourse, you will obviously feel pain in the lower abdomen (i.e., the cervix), and there is no pleasure in sexual intercourse. Contact bleeding during sexual intercourse, itching in the lower vagina, and a disgusting odor. For patients with cervical erosion who have frequent sexual intercourse, they may also experience contact bleeding during sexual intercourse, itching in the lower vagina, and a disgusting odor in the early stages.

7. Delayed or absent menstruation

Some women with cervical erosion have delayed menstruation. After seven days of examination, they find that they are not pregnant, but cervical erosion. Cervical erosion generally does not affect the menstrual cycle, because menstruation is controlled by ovarian estrogen. However, cervical erosion can easily cause a series of inflammations such as pelvic inflammatory disease, which can cause delayed menstruation or no menstruation.
