Pain-relieving prescription - Blood-nourishing and Pain-relieving Congee: Astragalus and Angelicae Sinensis nourish Qi and blood, White Peony Root, Glutinous Rice and Brown Sugar astringe Yin pain, Ze Lan activates blood circulation, removes blood stasis and relieves pain. It nourishes Qi and blood, strengthens the spleen and stomach, relieves pain, and is mainly used to treat dysmenorrhea in women.

Ingredients: 15 grams of Astragalus, 15 grams of Angelica, 15 grams of White Peony, 10 grams of Zedoaria, and 100 grams of glutinous rice.

Method: 1. Put astragalus, angelica, white peony root and zelan in a casserole, add water and boil for 15 minutes to get the juice. 2. Put rice into the juice and cook it into porridge.
