Symptom 1. No contact bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer, usually a small to moderate amount of bleeding, rarely a large amount of bleeding. Symptom 2. Bloody pus discharge: Since adenocarcinoma grows in the uterine cavity, it has less chance of infection than cervical cancer. In the early stage, there may be only a small amount of bloody leucorrhea, but if it is infected and necrotic, a large amount of foul-smelling bloody pus will be discharged. Sometimes the discharge will be mixed with small fragments of cancerous tissue. If pus accumulates in the cervical cavity, it will cause fever, abdominal pain and leukocytosis, and the general condition will deteriorate rapidly.

Symptom 3. Uterine pain: Due to cancer and its bleeding and discharge congestion, the uterus is stimulated to contract irregularly, causing paroxysmal pain, accounting for about 10-46%. Uterine fibroids are a malignant tumor that is replicating and developing. Growing cancer cells will occupy most of the body's energy and cause other problems.
