But will pregnancy with pelvic effusion lead to miscarriage?

Pelvic effusion can be divided into physiological and pathological. Physiological pelvic effusion usually occurs during ovulation and early pregnancy. Physiological pelvic effusion usually does not require treatment and will heal on its own. Pathological pelvic effusion is caused by pelvic inflammatory disease or other inflammations and requires active treatment. Pelvic effusion and inflammation can infect the fetus and may cause miscarriage. It is recommended to actively treat pelvic effusion and inflammation.

Physiological effusion will not exceed 1cm, and most of them can disappear naturally, so no treatment is needed.
