Can hydrosalpinx be cured?

Can hydrosalpinx be cured?

Hydrosalpinx is difficult to cure, and it is difficult to restore the function of collecting eggs and transplanting embryos through treatment. Hydrosalpinx is caused by long-term stimulation of chronic inflammation, which leads to the inability of exudates to be discharged in time in the fallopian tube, causing the fallopian tube to dilate and form hydrosalpinx. If necessary, hydrosalpinx can be temporarily removed through gynecological surgery, such as antegrade salpingostomy or fine needle aspiration, which can temporarily remove hydrosalpinx, but there is still a possibility of recurrence. If necessary, the diseased fallopian tube should be removed. If hydrosalpinx is found during in vitro fertilization (IVF), laparoscopic salpingectomy or fallopian tube occlusion surgery is recommended before embryo transfer.

Hydrosalpinx is a common gynecological inflammatory disease. For mild hydrosalpinx, exercise, medication and Chinese medicine can achieve the purpose of cure. Medication is generally combined with antibiotics, infrared, ultrashort wave and Chinese medicine enema treatment to achieve the purpose of cure; for severe hydrosalpinx, surgical treatment should be considered. If there is a need for fertility, the diameter of the hydrosalpinx is controlled within 3cm, and the fallopian tube is cut open for plastic ostomy. If the patient has no fertility requirements, it can be removed to achieve radical treatment.
