Can pelvic effusion cause fallopian tube obstruction?

Can pelvic effusion cause fallopian tube obstruction?

There are six reasons why fallopian tubes are blocked:

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease is the main cause of fallopian tube infertility.

2. Appendiceal perforation: Women with a history of appendiceal perforation have a higher risk of tubal damage. A survey found that appendiceal perforation can increase the probability of tubal infertility by 4.8 times.

3. Primary fallopian tube obstruction: Congenital fallopian tube obstruction, which occurs at birth, is rare.

4. Infection caused by miscarriage: Abortion can terminate pregnancy and may also cause infection, with an incidence rate of 1%.

5. Adhesions: In the pelvic cavity, adhesions generally cover the ovaries and the ends of the fallopian tubes, or hold tissues such as the fallopian tubes in one place.

6. Secondary blockage of fallopian tubes: This is a common cause of fallopian tube blockage, which is caused by a variety of disease factors and human factors. It is also the main cause of fallopian tube blockage. Common ones include menstrual embolism, endometrial fragments, blood clots, etc.

Generally, it is used to treat the more serious blockage of hydrosalpinx. Hydrosalpinx is a common chronic salpingitis, followed by salpingitis or adhesive atresia. Fallopian tube obstruction is one of the important causes of female infertility. Domestic and foreign studies have shown that at least 80% of patients can achieve proximal tubal recanalization through non-surgical methods.

Generally, there are two types of pelvic effusion: physiological effusion and pathological effusion. Physiological pelvic effusion is mostly produced after ovulation or early pregnancy, and can disappear naturally without treatment. However, pelvic effusion is mostly caused by inflammation, that is, chronic pelvic inflammatory exudate.

Early detection and early treatment of fallopian tube disease are important. Different conditions and symptoms cause fallopian tube disease, and the treatment methods chosen are also different. It is recommended to come to the hospital for examination and symptomatic treatment to avoid missing the best treatment time.
