How to regulate poor ovarian function in women

For most female friends, the problem of low ovarian function often leads to endocrine disorders and health problems. So, how to regulate low ovarian function in women?

1. Take vitamin C and vitamin E

Studies have shown that taking 90 mg of vitamin C and 30 mg of vitamin E per day can reduce the risk of ovarian cancer by 50%. However, food alone is not enough, so it is best to consult a doctor and take an appropriate amount of tablets or preparations for supplementation.

2. High calcium diet

Recent research in the United States shows that daily intake of high-calcium foods can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. Data show that people who eat high-calcium foods every day have a 46% lower risk of ovarian cancer than those who do not get enough calcium.

3. Eat less fried eggs

Women who frequently eat fried eggs will increase their risk of ovarian cancer. This is because in the process of frying eggs, many biologically active decomposition products, such as cholesterol oxides, are formed. These products have a great cytotoxic effect, especially affinity for female ovarian tissue, and then become a cause of cancer and tumors, increasing the incidence of ovarian cancer. In addition, deep-frying, fried potatoes and smoked pork are also risk factors for ovarian cancer.

Increasing the intake of foods rich in folic acid can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer in women. Swiss researchers found that women who ate a diet rich in folic acid were 74% less likely to develop ovarian cancer than those who ate a diet lacking in folic acid. As for folic acid, it is a water-soluble vitamin B that is rich in green vegetables, citrus fruits and whole grains.
