3. Infertility

Endometriosis patients often suffer from infertility. Cause: Endometriosis often causes adhesions around the fallopian tubes due to ovarian lesions, affecting oocyte collection or ovulation.

4. Pain during sexual intercourse

Endometriosis in the rectouterine fossa and vaginal septum can cause dyspareunia (deep tenderness) during sexual intercourse, increased frequency of bowel movements, and pain (acute and severe) during menstruation.

5. Others

Bladder irritation symptoms: Patients with endometriosis experience periodic urination frequency, urinary pain, and hematuria. Endometriosis in abdominal wall scars and umbilicus manifests as periodic localized lumps and pain.
