2. Threatened abortion due to deficiency of Qi and blood

[Symptoms] Symptoms include a small amount of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, which is light red and thin, or distension and pain in the waist and abdomen, accompanied by fatigue, shortness of breath, pale complexion, palpitations and insomnia, pale tongue, thin white fur, and a thin and smooth pulse.

[Symptoms] Symptoms include pregnancy trauma, back pain, lower abdominal distension, or a small amount of vaginal bleeding, and the blood flow is normal.

[Treatment method] The treatment should be to replenish qi and blood and stabilize the fetus.

[Prescription] Shengyu Decoction with added ingredients: 15g each of Codonopsis pilosula, Leonurus japonicus, Cuscuta australis, 25g of Astragalus membranaceus, 20g of Angelica sinensis, 10g each of Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Dipsaci, and Radix Viscum album, and 6g of Ligusticum chuanxiong. If there is vaginal bleeding, remove the Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, and Leonurus japonicus, and add 12g of donkey-hide gelatin and 10g of moxa leaf charcoal, decoct in water, take 1 dose per day, twice a day, morning and evening.
