Can I still get pregnant if I have uterine effusion?

Uterine effusion affects health. It often causes lower abdominal pain, anal distension, back pain, excessive vaginal discharge, or sudden lower abdominal pain that gradually turns into distension pain, which worsens during activities, affecting normal study, life and work. So can you still get pregnant if you have uterine effusion?

If uterine effusion is not treated in time, it may cause the inflammation of the tissues around the uterus to spread and affect other organs in the uterine area.

If uterine effusion is not treated in time, it may spread to the fimbria of the fallopian tube and cause inflammatory adhesions, leading to infertility, or abortion, miscarriage, and premature ejaculation.

Will uterine fluid accumulation cause infertility?

1) Combined with fallopian tube inflammation and fallopian tube blockage. Pathological uterine effusion is often accompanied by fallopian tube lesions, such as fallopian tube inflammation, fallopian tube blockage, and hydrosalpinx, which lead to adhesion and stenosis of the fallopian tube lumen, making it impossible for sperm and egg to combine normally and smoothly, thus leading to infertility.

2) Secondary endometritis and intrauterine adhesions. Uterine effusion is mostly caused by inflammation, which can easily lead to secondary endometritis and intrauterine adhesions, leading to the imbalance and disorder of the physiological functions of the endometrium (menstruation, reproduction, barrier, excretion and endocrine), destroying the integrity of the endometrium, hindering the implantation and development of the fertilized egg, and causing infertility.

Women with uterine effusion should be treated as early as possible.
