Nursing experience of urinary catheterization in patients with congenital absence of vagina

1. Clean the basin with soap and a brush.

4. In terms of diet, you can eat more vitamin C, yogurt, Yakult, etc. to make the pH value of congenital agenesis tend to be acidic.

5. It is recommended to wear cotton underwear to help absorb sweat.

6. When there is secretion, it is best not to use panty liners and sanitary napkins, because there is no need to worry about dirtying the underwear and making congenital absence of vagina more airtight and causing infection. It is recommended to wear disposable underwear.

Although congenital vaginal agenesis is not a serious disease, it is very troublesome to women. Although the various symptoms of congenital vaginal agenesis are unbearable, women can use the correct method to take care of their bodies, develop a good habit of washing the vulva every day, wear pure cotton underwear, change and wash underwear frequently, and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods.
