To what extent can endometrial tuberculosis be cured?

In today's society where environmental pollution is extremely serious, it is very common for women to suffer from endometrial tuberculosis. When women find out, they should take active treatment. Experts say that although it is a common disease, the harm is very serious and women should pay attention to it. At the same time, endometrial tuberculosis can be divided into acute and chronic, so it must be treated separately. If the acute disease is not treated in time, it will develop into a chronic disease, which will cause more trouble and impact. So, to what extent can endometrial tuberculosis be cured?

First: Treatment of acute endometrial tuberculosis

Patients should first pay attention to bed rest and take a semi-recumbent position to facilitate the outflow of uterine secretions. Easily digestible, high-calorie semi-liquid meals are preferred. Bowel movements must be maintained. Apply cold compresses to the lower abdomen or hot compresses such as hot water bottles, fried salt, Kanli sand, and Chinese medicine. Secondly, strong antibiotics should be selected based on symptoms, secretion properties, bacterial culture, and drug sensitivity. This will promote uterine contraction and discharge of infectious uterine secretions.

Second: Treatment of chronic endometrial tuberculosis

First of all, we should check whether there are any predisposing factors, such as residual placenta, intrauterine contraceptive device, etc. If these predisposing factors are removed, chronic endometrial tuberculosis will be cured quickly. Otherwise, the effect of simply eliminating tuberculosis will not be significant. The intrauterine contraceptive device should be removed. For chronic endometrial tuberculosis caused by postpartum or abortion, a detailed curettage should be performed to remove the residual degenerated placental tissue; endometrial polyps should be removed; if submucosal uterine fibroids or endometrial cancer are found, active treatment should be carried out according to the situation.

How to treat endometrial tuberculosis? In life, women are very likely to be entangled with endometrial tuberculosis, so women must be responsible for their own bodies, check for endometrial tuberculosis, and go to the hospital for treatment. Experts point out that delaying the disease will further aggravate the disease and eventually lead to infertility. Therefore, in the face of this situation, women should pay more attention to their physical condition in life and do more health care work.
