Can endometrial tuberculosis be cured?

At present, the treatment of endometrial tuberculosis is mainly carried out by traditional Chinese medicine. In fact, Western medicine is also a good choice. We usually use a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat it. The following is a specific introduction to the treatment methods:

1. Anti-tuberculosis treatment

1. Select antibiotic treatment based on the culture and drug sensitivity results of uterine secretions. For severe cases, there is no need to wait for the culture results. Use large doses of broad-spectrum antibiotics intravenously first.

2. If there are fetal membranes, placenta residues or intrauterine contraceptive devices in the uterine cavity, the residual tissues should be removed or the intrauterine contraceptive device should be taken out after the infection is controlled with antibiotics.

(II) General treatment

1. Rest in bed. The patient should take a semi-recumbent position to facilitate the drainage of uterine secretions and confine the tuberculosis to the pelvic cavity.

2. The diet should be easily digestible, high-calorie semi-fluid, supportive therapy, and those who cannot eat should be given intravenous infusion.

3. Physical cooling can be used for patients with high fever.

As long as we use the correct treatment method, we can get good results and help our patients return to their previous lives, but the most important thing is that our patients must actively do a good job of nursing and not be careless. You must also pay attention to your diet.
