Since the clinical symptoms of endometrial tuberculosis are very similar to those of other gynecological diseases, it is difficult for many women to detect the disease without examination. So, how do we know that we have endometrial tuberculosis? Below, the editor will introduce it to you. 1. Diagnostic curettage is a method for the examination of endometrial tuberculosis. This examination method can clarify the cause of the disease and exclude malignant lesions. 2. Endometrial tuberculosis can also be examined under a microscope, and there are many plasma cells and lymphocytes infiltrating the endometrial stroma. The presence of more plasma cells is extremely important for diagnosis. (1) In patients with long-term tuberculosis, fibroblasts and capillary proliferation may be seen (2) Elderly endometrial tuberculosis presents with thickened and hardened blood vessel walls, sometimes with calcification (3) When the lesion is severe, local ulcers may form. (4) When the endometrial glands atrophy, the surface epithelium may undergo squamous metaplasia. When squamous metaplasia is extensive, large pieces of squamous epithelium cover the entire inner wall of the uterine cavity, which is called uterine ichthyosis. In the case of endometrial tuberculosis after abortion, attention should be paid to the presence of villi and decidua. Especially when the abortion has been going on for a long time, the villi may be highly degenerated or even disappear. However, scattered pieces of decidua tissue can often be found around blood vessels. The above is the diagnosis method of endometrial tuberculosis. I hope it can bring some help to everyone. Female friends must maintain good habits in life and do a good job of personal hygiene. Only in this way can we prevent the occurrence of diseases to the greatest extent and reduce the incidence of diseases. |
