Cervical warts are a disease that can be easily infected by others in the crowd. It can cause serious harm to the patient. If the patient does not pay attention to the disease, it will only aggravate the development of the disease and may also cause family members to get the disease, thus destroying the family. Only treatment can solve the problem fundamentally. Before that, we need to understand how to detect cervical warts. Now I will lead you to have a preliminary understanding of this disease and see what are the main inspection items for cervical warts! 1. Pathological examination: Pathological examination is a highly accurate method in the examination of cervical warts. It starts with the symptoms of cervical warts and determines whether it is cervical warts through examination. Pathological examination mainly shows parakeratosis, high hypertrophy of the spinous layer, papilloma-like hyperplasia, thickening and extension of the epidermal protrusions, and the degree of hyperplasia may be similar to pseudoepithelioma. 2. Immunohistological examination: The peroxidase anti-peroxidase method (PAP) is commonly used to show viral proteins in warts to prove that there are viral antigens in wart lesions. When HPV protein is positive, a light red weak positive reaction may appear in the superficial epithelial cells of cervical warts. 3. Histochemical examination: Take a small amount of lesion tissue to make a smear and stain it with specific anti-human papillomavirus antibodies. If there is a viral antigen in the lesion, the antigen and antibody will bind. In the peroxidase antiperoxidase (PAP) method, the nucleus can be stained red. This method is highly specific and rapid, which is helpful for diagnosis. 4. Virus wart antibody test: Nowadays, HPV is difficult to detect using traditional virus culture and serological techniques, and the main experimental diagnostic technology is nucleic acid hybridization. The PCR method developed in recent years has the advantages of specificity, sensitivity, simplicity, and rapidity, opening up a new way for HPV detection. 5. Acetic acid whitening test: The principle of this test is the result of protein coagulation and acid whitening. The keratin produced by HPV-infected cells is different from that produced by normal uninfected epithelial cells, and only the former can be decolorized by acetic acid. The US CDC points out that the acetic acid whitening test is not a specific test, and false positives are common. Finally, we would like to remind all patients that once they find themselves sick, they must go to the hospital for treatment in time. For the sake of their own health, they should pay more attention to protecting themselves in daily life. |
