What medicine can cure cervical warts

Since TCM treatment is easy to obtain and the treatment is thorough, many patients with condyloma acuminatum are still receiving TCM treatment. TCM often divides the treatment into three types according to the patient's constitution and the size of the warts, combined with systemic symptoms. The following is a detailed introduction to what medicine can cure cervical warts.

1. Damp-heat syndrome

The syndrome of damp-heat descending may be accompanied by moist and red skin lesions around the anus, or prepuce is too long, or there is excessive vaginal discharge or other skin diseases. It is often accompanied by bitter taste in the mouth, sticky mouth, thirst and dislike of drinking water, sticky stool, and yellow urine. The tongue is red and has a greasy yellow coating, and the pulse is stringy and rapid. This is caused by the descending of damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, which flows through the meridians to the genitals. The treatment should be to clear away dampness and heat, detoxify and eliminate warts. The prescriptions are as follows:

Atractylodes 10g Phellodendron 10g Raw Coix Seed 30g Smilax glabra 30g Cortex Moutan 10g Tongcao 10g Alisma orientalis 10g Purslane 30g

In the formula, Atractylodes lancea and Phellodendron chinense clear damp-heat in the lower part of the body; Raw Coix Seed strengthens the spleen and removes dampness, and has antiviral function; Smilax glabra, Cortex Moutan, Smilax glabra, Alisma orientalis, and Purslane are used to detoxify and remove dampness, and to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. If the damp-heat is severe, 10g of Gentiana scabra can be added; if the stool is blocked, 10g of Aloe vera can be added.

External poison syndrome

It is common for warts to grow rapidly, or be combined with syphilis, gonorrhea, and a clear history of unclean sexual intercourse. Subjective symptoms are often mild or absent, and the tongue and pulse may be normal. This is due to external infection with toxic evil, stagnation of toxic gas, so the warts grow rapidly. Treatment should be heat-clearing and detoxification, and the commonly used prescription is the wart removal prescription No. 3 with modifications:

Purslane 60g Patrinia 15g Lithospermum 15g Isatis indigotica 15g Equisetum equisetum 15g

In the prescription, purslane is the main drug, clearing away heat and detoxifying; combined with Patrinia, Lithospermum, Folium Isatidis, and Equisetum arvense, it strengthens the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and dispersing nodules. If the skin lesions are dark or the course of the disease is long, add honeycomb, Salvia miltiorrhiza, safflower and other blood stasis-promoting products.

Blood stasis syndrome

It is seen in patients with dark red or dark brown skin lesions that grow slowly, do not disappear for a long time, or are painful. The tongue is dull, the coating is thin and white, and the pulse is thin and wiry. This is due to the accumulation of toxic evil for a long time, blocking the Qi and causing Qi and blood stasis. The treatment should be to regulate Qi and activate blood circulation, remove blood stasis and disperse stagnation. The commonly used prescription is Taohong Siwu Decoction with modifications:

Peach kernel 10g safflower 10g Chuanxiong 10g Chinese angelica 10g Salvia miltiorrhiza 10g Beehive 10g Bupleurum 10g Prunella vulgaris 30g

The formula contains peach kernel, safflower, Chuanxiong, angelica, salvia miltiorrhiza, and beehive to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; bupleurum to soothe the liver and regulate qi, leading the medicine directly to the affected area; and herbaceous prunella vulgaris to clear away heat and detoxify, soften and disperse nodules. If the patient is qi-deficient, 30g of raw astragalus can be added to replenish qi and detoxify, and improve the body's immunity; if the warts are hard, 30g of raw dragon bone and oyster shell can be added to soften and disperse nodules.
