(9) Avoid spicy and irritating foods. Eat more foods that contain more trace elements such as iron, copper, and manganese, such as walnuts, sesame seeds, mushrooms, tofu, green vegetables, fungus, carrots, lean meat, pig blood, oysters, conchs, sea cucumbers, and other seafood. Patients should not eat the following foods: alcohol, raw onions, raw garlic, chili peppers, freshwater fish (carp, silver carp, grass carp, carp), shrimps and crabs, chicken, duck, and goose. If the vulva is damp, avoid sugar, sweets, apples, and avoid cold and greasy foods.
