1. Diagnostic criteria: contact history, history of extramarital sexual contact, history of spouse infection or history of indirect infection.

2. Laboratory examination: Skin lesion biopsy, with characteristic concave cells with histopathological changes of HPV infection. If necessary, antigen or nucleic acid test can be used in skin lesion biopsy to show HPV. The most common ones are HPV6 and 11, and the less common ones are HPV16 and 18.

3. Case classification: Reported cases meet indicators 1.1 and 1.2. Confirmed cases meet any one of indicators 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.

4. Treatment principles: Pay attention to whether the patient is infected with pathogens such as gonococci, chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomonas, fungi, etc. If so, the patient's spouse and sexual partner should be treated at the same time if they have cervical warts or other sexually transmitted diseases. Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment.
