Early symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions in women

Early symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions in women

When cervical precancerous lesions occur in the human body, it will threaten the patient's physical and mental health. People usually need to pay attention to their physical changes and their hygiene to avoid cervical precancerous lesions. After the disease occurs, the early symptoms are not obvious. So are the symptoms of late cervical precancerous lesions obvious?

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: It is a common symptom of late-stage cervical precancerous lesions. The amount of bleeding can be more or less. Due to the aggravation of the disease in the later stage, repeated heavy vaginal bleeding may lead to anemia, hemorrhagic shock, etc.

2. Increased vaginal discharge: This is also the main symptom of patients with advanced cervical precancerous lesions. With the growth, secondary infection and necrosis of cancer cells, vaginal discharge increases, and the discharge is like rice washing water or mixed with blood, and has a foul odor.

3. Persistent pain: Pain in the lower abdomen, lumbosacral region or legs is a symptom of advanced cervical precancerous lesions. The cancer extends along the adjacent tissues, invades the pelvic wall, and compresses the peripheral nerves, causing persistent pain. The tumor compresses or erodes the ureter, causing narrowing and obstruction of the ureter, leading to hydronephrosis. The patient may experience unilateral low back pain, or even severe pain, which may further develop into renal failure and even uremia. Invasion of the lymphatic system leads to obstruction of lymphatic vessels, which hinders reflux and causes symptoms such as lower limb edema and pain.

4. Systemic symptoms: Advanced cervical precancerous lesions cause fever due to the metabolism of tumor tissue, absorption of necrotic tissue or combined infection, and the body temperature is generally around 38°C. Anemia, weight loss and even cachexia may occur due to bleeding and tumor consumption.

There are many common symptoms. Many patients will experience irregular vaginal bleeding, increased vaginal secretions and leucorrhea. Many patients will also have lymph node metastasis and fever. All of these are very harmful to the patient's body. Therefore, everyone needs to pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment of this disease and recover as soon as possible.
