Experts introduce the symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions

The staging of cervical precancerous lesions is reflected in the depth of the cervical epithelium, cervix, and vagina. These are all indications of the different stages of cervical precancerous lesions. The changes in cancer at different stages are also different. The deeper the invasion, the more serious the spread of cancer cells. People at risk must understand the staging of cervical precancerous lesions and pay attention to them. Many people are "scared to death when talking about cancer" because of their lack of understanding of cancer. Not all cancers end in death. Here, experts will introduce to you the symptoms of different stages of cervical precancerous lesions.

Stage 0 symptoms: refers to the cancer cells still confined to the cervical epithelial area, carcinoma in situ.

Stage 1 symptoms: Cancer cells are confined to the cervix. From the first stage, cancer has begun to invade.

Stage III symptoms: Cancer cells have invaded the lower third of the vagina, or have invaded the pelvic cavity, with bilateral hydronephrosis.

Stage IV symptoms: Cancer cells have broken through the reproductive organs, or have gone beyond the pelvic cavity and directly invaded the rectum or bladder, or even have caused distant metastasis.

Similarly, using a speculum to directly observe the cervix, it is difficult to see abnormalities in the early stage, but when the lesions are obvious, local lesions may appear as erosions, ulcers, cauliflower-like growths, nodules, cavities, or even endogenous depressions, etc., and a clear diagnosis can be made through endocervical curettage and pathological examination. The metastatic pathways of cervical precancerous lesions are mainly direct invasion and lymphatic metastasis, while hematogenous metastasis is less common and often occurs in the late stage.
