1. Care before treatment

1) Psychological care

Psychological care often plays a very important role in the treatment of patients. Patients with cervical precancerous lesions have a more complex psychology, fear, anxiety, fear of pain, fear of long-term suffering from illness and being abandoned by their husbands, and some are even afraid of death. They have a strong desire to survive and expect to be able to relieve or alleviate symptoms, or even recover and prolong their lives after treatment. 2) General care

(1) Nurses should assist doctors in understanding the patient's condition and their family members and inform the patient of relevant precautions to gain their understanding and cooperation. They should also ask the patient to empty his or her bladder and bowels half an hour before treatment.

(2) Pathology report, if the result is confirmed to be a malignant tumor, whether a routine blood test is performed (white blood cell count not less than 3.5g/L, platelet count not less than 100g/L).

2. Nursing during treatment

(1) We can observe the patient's condition during treatment through closed-circuit television and communicate directly with the patient through the intercom. If the patient feels uncomfortable, he or she can wave or tell us that he or she is feeling uncomfortable. We will then stop the machine, enter the machine room to correct the patient's discomfort, and then continue treatment outside the machine room.

(2) After the treatment, the signal light turns from red to green, the real source returns to the storage tank and enters the treatment room. The connection between the source applicator and the connector is loosened, and the patient is pushed out of the treatment room.

3. Post-treatment care

(1) After the treatment, the patient is pushed from the treatment room to the preparation room. The doctor is assisted in removing the applicator and dressing, and the patient's vagina is observed for bleeding and gauze residue.

(2) If there is bleeding in the vagina, it can be packed with gauze or iodoform, and the patient should be asked to inform the attending physician to remove it within 24 hours.

When receiving treatment for cervical precancerous lesions, the patient herself suffers great torture.
