How to provide rehabilitation care for patients with amenorrhea

Amenorrhea is a common symptom in gynecological diseases, which can be caused by various reasons. Amenorrhea is usually divided into primary and secondary. Those who have not had menstruation after the age of 18 are called primary amenorrhea; those who have stopped menstruating for more than 6 months at any time after menarche and before normal menopause (except pregnancy or lactation) are called secondary amenorrhea. How to properly care for women's amenorrhea?

1. Avoid dairy products in your diet: Yogurt, dairy products, sugar, and meat can easily cause skin fever, so try to avoid dairy products in your diet. You can eat more lettuce, kelp, salmon (with bones), sardines, etc.

2. Eat small and frequent meals: Eating small and frequent meals helps the body regulate body temperature.

3. Drink more water: Drinking more water or juice can also effectively control body temperature.

4. Reduce caffeine and alcohol: Beverages containing caffeine and alcohol will stimulate the secretion of certain hormones and induce skin fever.

5. Face life with optimism: Although you may face many new problems when you are around 50, such as your children growing up and starting their own families, which may bring you some loneliness, you can still live a fulfilling life during this period. You may as well go to school and learn the things you wanted to learn when you were young but didn't have time to learn. Or do some sports you like, such as walking, jogging, cycling, dancing, skipping rope, swimming, etc. They are all good choices, which will make you feel happy and forget your worries.

6. Maintain a regular sex life: Regular sex life is not easy to make the skin hot, and can indirectly stimulate the degenerated ovaries to ease the hormone system and prevent a sharp drop in estrogen.

Well, after listening to the above introduction, you should drink more water, eat small meals frequently, maintain a regular sex life and a happy mood.
