Can I exercise if I have an ectopic pregnancy?

Female friends should know that ectopic pregnancy, as the name suggests, is not conceived in the uterine cavity, but conceived outside the uterine cavity, which is medically called ectopic pregnancy. According to statistics, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy has been on the rise in recent years, and tubal pregnancy accounts for more than 95% of ectopic pregnancy. The reason is that the fertilized egg is blocked when migrating in the fallopian tube, and implants and develops in the fallopian tube, forming tubal pregnancy (i.e. ectopic pregnancy), which is a common emergency in obstetrics and gynecology.

1. Rope skipping. Rope skipping is a whole-body exercise, especially suitable for women of childbearing age. Jumping for half an hour is equivalent to 90 minutes of jogging. Jump once a day for about 20 minutes. Persistent rope skipping can improve cardiopulmonary function, lower blood pressure, blood lipids and blood sugar levels, and improve blood circulation in the pelvis and lower limbs.

2. Playing basketball. Playing basketball regularly can enhance women's jumping ability, speed up blood circulation, and is beneficial to physical and mental health.

3. Tap dancing. Tap dancing helps to activate the knee and ankle joints and prevent the muscles from relaxing too quickly. It can also improve the blood circulation in the abdomen and lower limbs. Persistent tap dancing can prevent ectopic pregnancy.
