What are the early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

Women who suffer from ectopic pregnancy must undergo surgery to terminate the pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy means that the embryo does not implant in the uterus. Most of them are detained in the fallopian tube for development. This is caused by some problems in the fallopian tube. If the fallopian tube is damaged, the fertilized egg cannot pass smoothly, so it will adhere to the fallopian tube and grow and develop. So, what are the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

Common symptoms of ectopic pregnancy include the following:

1. Vaginal bleeding: usually a small amount of bleeding.

2. Abdominal pain: pain in the lower abdomen, a feeling of defecation, sometimes severe pain, accompanied by cold sweat. When ruptured, the patient suddenly feels tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

3. Syncope and shock: Acute intra-abdominal bleeding may cause decreased blood volume and severe abdominal pain. Mild cases often experience syncope, while severe cases may experience shock.

4. Amenorrhea: Before tubal pregnancy miscarriage or rupture, symptoms and signs are not obvious. Except for short-term amenorrhea and pregnancy symptoms, sometimes there is bloating and pain in the lower abdomen on one side, and the fallopian tube is normal or enlarged during examination.

5. Other symptoms: There may be nausea, vomiting, and frequent urination. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are often atypical. Some patients may go into shock due to heavy bleeding, and their faces may turn pale and their blood pressure may drop.
