★Fried chicken with almonds

Mini's favorite bento dish, fried sausage, has been transformed into a weight-loss dish. The basic ingredients for fried sausage are onions, green peppers and sweet peppers. The processed sausage is replaced with chicken breast, and almonds are added one by one to add flavor and nutrition. Finally, it is seasoned with sweet Sriracha hot sauce to calm your desire for worldly food.

Material:

500g cooked chicken breast (or boiled chicken breast), 5 handfuls of almonds (100g), 5 king oyster mushrooms, 1/2 onion (110g), 1 green pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1/3 carrot (100g), 1+1/2 tablespoons olive oil, 20g minced garlic, 3 tablespoons Sriracha sweet and spicy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup, 2 tablespoons honey, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Step 1 – Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2 - Chop the green pepper, bell pepper, carrot, onion and king oyster mushroom into the same size as the chicken breast.

Step 3 - Add ketchup, Sriracha sauce, honey and minced garlic and mix well.

Step 4-Preheat the pan, add olive oil and sauté carrots and onions, then add green peppers, king oyster mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken breast and almonds.

Step 5- Pour in the prepared sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes according to personal preference.

Step 6 - One bento weighs about 270g, so divide it into five and you are done. Refrigerate what you will eat within 1 to 2 days and freeze the rest.
